1. Ordering Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow time for production:

Standard Processing Time: 2–7 business days

Complex or bulk orders: May require additional time (you will be notified via email or WhatsApp)

Processing time begins after payment confirmation and, if applicable, approval of design prototypes
Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping
We currently offer local delivery and pickup options within Trinidad & Tobago.
Available Options:

Local Pickup: Free of charge. Pickup instructions and availability will be provided via email or WhatsApp. Please wait for a “Ready for Collection” notification before visiting the pickup location.

Local Delivery: Available within specific areas for an additional fee. Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be calculated at checkout or communicated after order placement.
3. Shipping Fees

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to expand our services in the future.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate. DRIP 3D Print Farm is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
