1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 - 3 days of receiving your order.

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

• The product was received damaged or defective due to a production or packaging error.

• The product significantly differs from the approved design or prototype provided by DRIP 3D Print Farm.

• You received the wrong item (incorrect model, color, or size).

2. Non-Refundable Items

​

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• You changed your mind after order confirmation or production has started.

• The issue is related to minor aesthetic variations inherent to 3D printing (e.g., layer lines, surface texture).

• You provided incorrect specifications, design files, or details during the ordering process.

• You failed to approve the digital prototype before production (when applicable).

• Damage caused by improper handling or use after delivery.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos or video of the issue.

3. Our team will review your case within 5 - 7 business days.

If approved, you will be offered:

• A full refund to your original payment method, or

• A partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue, or

• A reprint or replacement at no extra cost (if applicable)
